These hotels are the best available and closest hotels to the Olympiad village, planned routes and the venues where social activities will take place. We recommend you to consider these hotels primarily for your comfort and easy transportation.

Until 1st of June 2010, 10% discount will be applied to the announced hotel rates.

Shuttle service between the hotels & Olympiad Village and to all venues including the social events is included in these hotel rates.

Bookings are taken on a "First come, first served" basis. As it is high season in Antalya, it is recommended to make your bookings earlier.

Confirmation: A deposit of one night's room is required to reserve a guest room. Upon receipt of the booking form with the appropriate fees, confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail. The rest of the total amount must be paid latest on 1 June, 2011.

Cancellation: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing at info@ivvturkey.org or nilgun@alabanda.com.tr

An administrative fee is charged depending on the date of cancellation;

1 JUN-31 DEC, 2010 50% of the one night fee

1 JAN-1 JUN, 2011 75% of the one night fee

1 JUN-31 AUG, 2011 100% of the one night fee

On/After 1 SEP, 2011 No refund is possible.
