Confirmation: Registrations cannot be confirmed unless the payment is completed. Upon receipt of the registration forms with the appropriate fees, confirmation letter will be sent to the registered participants by e-mail.

Cancellation: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to infoivvturkey.org. Registration fee is non-refundable.
