Confirmation: Registrations cannot be confirmed unless the payment is completed. Upon receipt of the registration forms with the appropriate fees, confirmation letter will be sent to the registered participants by e-mail.
Cancellation: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to info@ivvturkey.org Registration fee is non-refundable.

Print the name exactly as it appears on the credit card. The hotel booking form must be signed. Credit card payments with any of these details missing will be considered invalid. American Express and Diners cards are not accepted.
